Shoji are what you call those screen door things
they have in Japan that are made of paper. It's always
seemed a rather impractical idea to me, but then you
can't deny they're pretty.
Anywho, this is essentially a recreation of the original
scan, with the addition of a slightly more fancy shoji
screen in the background. I saw the bamboo leaves
thing on some random photo once and had a pop at recreating
the feel.
I think there are slightly too many leaves, and the
light coming through the window kinda went from rays
of light, to glowey and I'm not sure I liek the result,
but overall the wall pretty much does what Iset out
to do.
Oh, plus lesbian of course. Can't forget the whole
lesbian thing going on in the wall. |
